Everything is a flat monthly retainer tied to a mode and a level. No hourly meter, no change orders, no minimum term. This page covers the mechanics; pricing is a conversation, not a page.
When are invoices sent and due?
Retainers are invoiced at the start of the period and are due on receipt. Fixed-scope work is net 30.
Saying this out loud is the polite version of a conversation neither of us enjoys having later.
What happens if a payment is late?
Work may pause after 15 days. We will talk to you well before that point, because a paused engagement helps nobody.
Can I change level mid-month?
Changes take effect at the monthly boundary. You can move up, move down, or switch modes, and you decide each month whether to keep going.
Can I convert fees to equity?
Some founders do. It depends on the stage and the terms, so ask and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for both of us.
