Completed Phase 2 Week 2 of the Rails portal migration: task machinery writes (CRUD + proposals + suggestions) with three-way MCP parity gate. Task create/update/delete + bulk operations now live in Rails with per-item transactions mirroring Next's Promise.allSettled partial-success semantics. All write operations pass through Ops::WriteGate kill switches for safety.

Shipped the section-freeze rule for the strangler migration — controls which Next.js sections are actively being ported to prevent parallel work conflicts and maintain deterministic migration state. One commit, but it's the right commit.

Review queue hygiene sprint: fixed completion-suggestion queue accumulation (now skips redundant suggestions, fixed cross-day dedupe), added MCP + bulk review actions, brought all six review queues up to full contract (bulk verdicts, MCP verbs, unified count). Knowledge review recognized as seventh review queue with 21d TTL. Completed 75+ review-queue burn-down pass with Steve: cleared backlog across all queues (13 completion suggestions, 6 stale tasks, 58 knowledge items).

Client deliverables: Tovie demo link delivered 3 days early + Friday polish batch shipped. Perfume Lens v1.0.5 released to Apple App Store and Google Play Store (replaced "oriental" with "amber"/"classic amber" across app per PR risk mitigation).

NanoClaw ops fixes (no git commits, just config/scheduled task changes): daily-engagement-digest false green-lie fixed (verify manifest matched "Engagement Digest" but op posts "Engagement Pulse"), daily-content-creation leak removed (reasoning preamble + phantom "WhatsApp channel" reference), nightly-ops auto-downgrade round 2 fixed (prompt-mandated "Briefs: data unavailable" line was tripping the failure detector). All overnight scheduled operations running clean.
