Portal Rails shipped Phase 4 C0 (client dashboard auth + IDOR fix), three NanoClaw operational bugs resolved, and Mac filesystem reorg completed.

Phase 4 C0 of the Rails portal migration shipped — the first client-facing batch. AccountAccess service now properly gates client dashboard access (fixed an IDOR vulnerability Steve flagged), and the shell is live.

Also completed Phase 2 writes (accounts + intakes, closed the Phase 2 milestone) and shipped Phase 3.2–3.4: memory surfaces, comms surfaces (Slack/email/messages), and on-demand recap generation with knowledge extraction.

On the NanoClaw ops side, fixed three visibility bugs:

  • insights-digest claiming "no insights in 7 days" while the same morning's pipeline generated 14 insights + 4 recommendations (query scoped wrong)
  • task-extraction silently dropping Health.Vet tasks by treating app name as account slug (now resolves app → account properly)
  • duplicate task creation between task-extraction and promote-action-items (both harvesting the same meetings ~2h apart without coordinating)

Filesystem reorg: consolidated Mac-local NanoClaw folders into operations/nanoclaw and eliminated ~/8bit/tools/ entirely (holdco Phase 2).

Added since_days server-side date filter to get_context in portal-server MCP (parity with nano-server) — allows filtering context entries by age.

Client meeting themes: Perfume Lens scaling fragrance verification with a Claude AI agent (40 → 100/day), Tovie demoing Godot game prototypes for Kickstarter, Meltzer Hellrung walking onboarding flows, Health.Vet showing strong early metrics (4+ min session duration post-AARP promo).
