The Founders
Two veterans — one Navy, one Army — kept seeing the same problem: eligible veterans who couldn't figure out how to use their benefits. Referrals stalled. Authorizations were confusing. The rules kept changing.
They'd navigated the VA system themselves. And they saw a major expansion of Community Care coming — more options for veterans, but more moving parts added to an already confusing process. So they built Health.Vet to bridge the gap: a free resource helping veterans reach care and helping health systems receive veterans who are already eligible and funded.
The Project
Health.Vet is a comprehensive platform connecting veterans with eligible VA Community Care providers. The platform helps veterans navigate the complex healthcare system and find providers who accept VA benefits in their area.
