If you've never heard of, browsed, or purchased something from threadless.com, shame on you! Designers submit their work for apparel and merchandise on the website. Then users/shoppers in the site rate those designs. The highest rated designs get picked to be turned into the merchandise for sale on their website. In more words, Threadless enables the best designers in the world to transform their work into fashion for the greater good.

To bring things into the future, they teamed up with Griffin to bring this same artist-to-consumer model to iPhone cases! They needed an iPhone App created to showcase and allow users to easily rate the designs. Another great firm in Chicago called Obtiva graciously brought us into the mix, and we helped them ideate and rock out the sweet sweet iOS development.

The app allows users to learn about challenges, vote on artist-submitted iPhone case designs, shop the entire mobile web version of Threadless.com, sketch designs on a t-shirt or iPhone case to share on Facebook, and take photos in popular Threadless designs. And yes, this app is just getting started.
